News Bits: Blue Luxe Condos Approved In Orange Beach ORANGE BEACH, Ala. —City Council members voted Oct. 27 to approve a 23-story 40-unit condo tower for the Blue Luxe site that is already approved for a 16-story Hotel Indigo.
